1. Donations
All donations made to Shanti Kritnischay Seva Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, we are unable to cancel or reverse the transaction. We strongly encourage donors to verify the donation details before completing the payment.
In the exceptional case of an erroneous or duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 business days with your transaction receipt. We will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.
2. Membership and Volunteer Applications
As our membership and volunteer programs are free of charge and do not involve any payment, the question of cancellation or refund does not apply. You may choose to discontinue your membership at any time by contacting us.
3. Event Registrations
For events that require registration, cancellation and refund policies, if any, will be specified on the individual event page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, event registrations are free and do not qualify for any refund.
4. Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback initiated by a donor, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any associated membership or services. We may also pursue legal remedies to recover any amounts wrongfully charged back.
